11/26-12/31 Christmas Decorations Walking Tour The Williamsburg Historic Area is infamous for its amazing one-of-a-kind colonial decorations. Stroll door to door on a tour and see them for yourself!
11/24-26 Foods & Feasts of Colonial Virginia Perhaps for the most loyal “foodies”- come learn more about 18th century eating customs at the Yorktown American Revolution Museum!
12/1-31 A Colonial Christmas Interpreters will tell you all about the holiday traditions of the eighteenth century with this seasonal program, taking place at the American Revolution Museum.
12/2 Christmas Tree Lighting Don’t miss this 70 year old Yorktown tradition! Festivities begin with the Fifes and Drums of Yorktown beginning at 7.
12/3 Yorktown Lighted Boat Parade Another classic tradition, watch a parade of brightly lighted boats sail by in the river from the Riverwalk – hot chocolate in hand, of course.
12/4 Grand Illumination It’s not too late to make plans to visit during one of the most special Williamsburg events of the year! Witness fantastic fireworks in the historic area, then escape the crowds by staying at the Hornsby House, just a short drive away.
12/17 Wreaths Across America Ceremony Taking place at the Yorktown National Cemetery, Wreaths will be placed on grave markers to honor and pay tribute to our fallen war veterans.
